Coyne S. Borree

Founder and CEO

Mr. Borree, a lifelong Fox Valley resident, founded Midwest Restoration in January of 2008. After graduating from Kaukana High School, Mr. Borree began to follow his dream of entering into the insurance industry by attending and pursuing a degree from Fox Valley Technical College with a double major in Risk Management and Insurance Services. Immediately after schooling, Mr. Borree joined American Express as a Multi Lines Claims Insurance Adjuster. During his tenure with American Express, he learned the “processes of claims from the carrier’s perspective”, while also learning about coverages, loss ratios, and making clients “whole” after losses.


The fulfillment Mr. Borree found in working with homeowners and business owners drew him into taking a position with a local restoration company. This way, his passion for helping the clients become “whole” again after losses and helping them navigate the entire insurance restoration process could be done directly with them and as their representative. During his two years, he learned everything possible about the restoration side of the process including water, fire, wind, hail, and all other types of losses. The knowledge of all aspects of the restoration side of the industry became valuable in Mr. Borree’s next professional move.


After 6 years of learning both sides of the insurance restoration industry, Mr. Borree saw a need for a local company that had its local clients' best interests in mind and founded Midwest Restoration in January of 2008. Coyne mentions, “After working for large corporations and restoration companies, I just felt I could do the same thing but better, while keeping the focus on our clients versus the bottom line profit for the large national franchised companies. I provide all the services, but, at the end of the day, seeing all of my clients around the area and knowing that I have helped them out in a time of need while knowing that I did it in their best interests.” This is what led to Mr. Borree’s and Midwest Restoration’s mission statement “YOUR Emergency is OUR Priority”. In his position of President of Midwest Restoration, Mr. Borree, oversees all day-to-day operations of the organization with an emphasis on his clients, building a successful team of employees, and being a good corporate citizen. Education is always important to Mr. Borree’s professional career and it’s evident in the numerous designations in both insurance and restoration industries that he’s achieved. Coyne is active in numerous Fox Valley business associations and charities including the local Chamber of Commerce, Police and Fire Departments, NARI, The BBB, Home Building Associations, Habitat for Humanity, and as he is a cancer survivor, giving back to the numerous cancer entities is a huge priority.


While taking care of his clients, partners, and staff are truly a passion for Coyne. His number one priority is being a great dad to his eight year old son Talen and making sure he gets everything out of life. To that note, they both enjoy hunting, fishing, attending Packer and local sporting events together.

Jennifer Rottier

VP of Business Development

Jennifer joined the team full time in December of 2015, serving as the Vice President of Business Development. Jennifer is a fox valley native and has earned an Associate’s degree in Arts & Science from UW Fox Valley along with being a graduate of the EMT program at Fox Valley Technical College. Jennifer builds upon an already accomplished career, as she has held a number of management and executive positions. Before joining Midwest Restoration, Jennifer was directly involved in the supervision and oversight of Theda Clark’s ICU and Intermediate Medical and Stroke Unit; prior to that, Jennifer earned the title of number 1 sales associate for seven years straight at one of the largest risk management & workplace compliance companies in the nation.


Jennifer is a proud mother of four and enjoys spending her time off with her husband, family & very close friends whether it be supporting local sporting events, donating her time to charity, or weekend getaways. Jennifer is not afraid to wear multiple hats within the company from organizing public relations events, hosting vendor meetings, to boarding up a house in the rain after a house fire. One word that describes Jennifer straight out of the dictionary is ‘asset.’ We are very proud and privileged to have her on our team.

William J. Jackson

Large Loss Catastrophe Consultant

After attending the University of Wisconsin Madison, Mr. Jackson began his career in the Insurance Restoration Industry in 1994. Throughout his over 20 year career in the industry, Mr. Jackson has risen from the role of a Business Development Specialist to Vice President of $12 million dollar restoration contractor. He has also spent time adjusting claims, consulting and working as a referee for insurance carriers over the years. Throughout his career the focus, to always put the clients interest, satisfaction and happiness as his guiding principle, has never changed.

Putting the customer first has driven Mr. Jackson’s career, whether it be a $100 loss or a $6,000,000 project. While maintaining a focus on Central and Southern Wisconsin, Mr. Jackson has also completed numerous projects both regionally and nationally. His career has including work at Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Sandy and numerous other Catastrophes’.

In his capacity as South Central Market Manager for Midwest Restoration, Mr. Jackson’s focus will be assisting in all facets of day to day operations in the marketplace. Past and current clients include all varieties of claims from Residential Customers to Multi-Million Dollar Corporations and Businesses. He has and continues to maintain relationships with entities such as the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as numerous other local and regional public and private partners. Over the years Mr. Jackson has worked with insurance carriers and adjusting firms such as Crawford and Company, State Farm Insurance, Chubb Insurance AIG, QBE, Farmers Insurance, Cincinnati Insurance, American Family Insurance, RGA, and nearly 50 other carriers.
