Agent Referral Program Details

Refer Someone in Need

 If you know someone who needs our emergency services, contact us! Provide some essential details, and we will contact them to set up an estimate.

We Handle the Details

Our expert project managers will assess the job and confirm whether we can provide the services needed. Then they will provide an estimate of how much the damages will cost.

Enjoy Your Reward

Once the referred job is confirmed and signed, your gift card will reach you within two weeks. (See qualifications section for amounts provided)

Qualifications For The Program


  • Rewards apply only to signed jobs.
  • Receive a $150 gift card for mitigation jobs estimated between $2,000–$4,000.
  • Earn a $250 gift card for mitigation jobs estimated at over $4,000.
  • For referrals involving fire-damaged properties, enjoy a $1,000 gift card.

The Referral Program may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time by the sole discretion of Midwest Restoration, without prior notice. Midwest Restoration reserves the right to determine eligibility for any benefits or incentives provided and to adjust, amend or discontinue the program as deemed necessary.


In respect to RESPA, Wis. Stat. § 452.133(3)(c)  requires that the licensee disclose in writing the fact that the licensee may receive compensation. The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association recommends giving at least 3 companies/individuals per category if the agent is going to make recommendations.
