Cleaning and Content Technician
Job Overview: The ideal candidate for the Cleaning and Content Technician role will possess strong communication skills, the ability to navigate and support people through challenging situations, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Each day, our team assists customers who are often experiencing significant emotional stress, providing the reassurance and expertise they need. The cleaning team is responsible for packing and moving out contents from homes or businesses to enable the restoration process. The packed items are then transported to our warehouse, where they are cleaned, deodorized, and stored until restoration is complete. The team also handles the cleaning of structures affected by fire, water, or mold damage, in addition to performing general and routine cleanings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack out and inventory customers' contents for cleaning and storage.
- Perform high-detail cleaning of customers' contents and rooms.
- Document dirty, damaged, and cleaned contents accurately.
- Pack back customers' contents to their homes, ensuring items are placed in the correct rooms.
- Execute production processes as directed, including fire and water cleanup, general cleaning, smoke damage/odor removal, and mold damage cleaning, following company guidelines.
- Ensure clear two-way communication with the crew lead and other technicians, especially regarding customer needs and concerns.
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown tasks.
- Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Capability to walk and stand for long periods, drive, sit, and climb.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
- Ability to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
- Comfort working with and around cleaning agents.

Qualifications:
