Job Title: Outside Sales - Emergency Response Coordinator

Job Overview: As an Outside Sales - Emergency Response Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to respond to fire-damaged properties urgently, represent our company, and sell our board-up, contents, mitigation, and rebuild services. This position requires you to be highly motivated and sales-focused while also having empathy towards customers who have just endured a loss.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate, contact, and visit residential and commercial properties that have sustained property damage
• Monitoring leads alerts 24/7 and dispatching to loss location immediately to secure the sale
• Use top-notch customer service to explain our company services and put prospective customers at ease that we can handle every step of their claim process
• Communicate with mitigation manager and mitigation team to help coordinate providing prospective customers with realistic timelines and expectations to deliver exceptional service
• Close sales on highly profitable leads
• Collect authorizations for services to be provided
• Develop relationships with local property managers, agents, emergency personnel, and administrators to help increase inbound referral leads

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 2+ years of proven outside sales experience
• Strong working knowledge of the restoration industry
• Proficient in customer service in competitive environments

This position does come with a company vehicle and a commission plan on top of salary.

General Hours: Monday through Thursday 7 am to 5:30 pm.

Availability outside of office hours is required due to needing to dispatch to emergency calls.

MUST live in Fox Valley due to dispatching requirements and needing to be onsite quickly after leads come in.
