Job Title: Field Technician
Job Overview: As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for executing projects on-site, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard, as defined by the project schedule. You will receive daily directions from the Crew Chiefs and work within the company's goals and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute projects according to the predefined scope and schedule.
 - Comply with all safety and PPE requirements, and promptly report any safety concerns to the Crew Chief.
 - Document all job site activities accurately and timely in the proper systems and files.
 - Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality work.
 - Drive company vehicles to job site locations, and load and unload equipment and supplies. May be assigned a vehicle during rotational call.
 - Prepare the work site by moving furniture and equipment, and restore it to its original configuration upon job completion.
 - Conduct routine monitoring checks and measurements of equipment and the environment at job sites.
 - Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are clean and in good working order before heading to the job site.
 - Perform demolition tasks and debris cleanup as needed.
 - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
 - Be available to team members and customers as required.
 - Participate in the rotational on-call schedule.
 - Perform other duties as defined by management.

 - Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
 
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
 - Positive attitude
 - Experience in water/fire restoration is a plus
 - Valid driver’s license
 - Ability to lift 50lbs
 - Capability to walk and stand for long periods, drive, sit, and climb.
 - Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
 - Ability to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
 
IICRC Certifications in Water Damage Mitigation, Advanced Structural Drying, and Carpet Cleaning and Restoration are a plus
